1. Burnt cinnamon swirl
2. Ordered an iced drink, wanted it sweetened. They said go get sugar and made it without asking about syrup. Now my drink is chilly (like I wanted) but bitter because the sugar won't dissolve and they couldn't be bothered to ask Nd do their job and offer to add syrup instead

Constantly playing games with the toilets. They close them but don't tell customers and make them stand around like idiots.

typical pret options, and the space inside is very nice and spacious! there were plenty of seats and it was quite quiet inside which was great. i had the souper tomato soup which is my usual at pret, which i enjoy for a convenient warm lunch in the city. the toilets require a code which you can get by asking the staff or looking at your receipt.

I visit this particular Pret regularly before a standing appointment and one of the reasons I keep returning is because of the customer service and staff.
All of the staff who I have interacted with are friendly and helpful. An example is one of the staff (a middle aged lady of South Asian ethnicity) remade my hot drink without me asking, because it did not turn out as expected. This is just one example of the good customer service.
The location itself is one of the larger Prets and has a lot of comfortable seating. There is a relaxed atmosphere which makes it a good place to enjoy drinks and snacks at a leisurely pace.
I am also pleased that to use the toilets you must enter code and the disabled toilet needs to be unlocked with a key. As someone who needs to use the disabled toilet, this is much appreciated and I think all Prets should be the same.
I will continue to visit this Pret before my appointment and I definitely recommend it if you are in the vicinity.

Never ever come here! You will pull out a mortgage to pay for an overpriced drink, sit down, and then get kicked out 90 minutes before closing. The rude staff shouting to get out of the seats because they need to clean. Leaving their customers shivering in the pouring rain outside.

Allam was more abrupt than a dictator in removing us from our seat 45 minutes before they closed.
Also they're mixing mops and buckets from different areas of the business - probably toilet mop for the kitchen floor.

Very good Chicken pesto & rocket wrap nice coffee ? but too many people hanging around they just sit in there whoever is in charge grab the bull by the horns and throw them out.

I am incredibly disappointed with the experience my friends and I had at Pret. We arrived at 6:30 pm for a hot drink and a light bite, only to be met with shockingly poor customer service. We found an empty table for four and were just about to decide on our order when a staff member abruptly told us we had to move because they were closing part of the restaurant. Reluctantly, we shifted to another table on the other side, only to be informed that we couldn?t dine in and had to either move again or take our order to go. They were shutting down two-thirds of the restaurant to prepare for closing?despite it being only 6:30 pm and the shop not closing until 8:00 pm.To make matters worse, there were very few seats left in the tiny section they intended to keep open, and almost all were already occupied. So, with over an hour and a half left until closing, we were essentially forced out and left scrambling to find somewhere else to go. This whole experience was extremely frustrating, and out of principle, I will never be returning to Pret.
