1. Burnt cinnamon swirl 2. Ordered an iced drink, wanted it sweetened. They said go get sugar and made it without asking about syrup. Now my drink is chilly (like I wanted) but bitter because the sugar won't dissolve and they couldn't be bothered to ask Nd do their job and offer to add syrup instead

Constantly playing games with the toilets. They close them but don't tell customers and make them stand around like idiots.
