Rude and dismissive staff members, made my matcha iced latte and there was still clumps of powder at the bottom. When I mentioned this they proceeded to blame me for not mixing it properly and said that?s how they?re supposed to be.

Fantastic chain, ideal for breakfast or brunch, in our case we saw several throughout London, it has about 300 stores in the city.
All their products are freshly made, the fruit is very delicious.
The pastries are delicious, you can also eat a ham and cheese sandwich with mustard that is luxurious.
They also have juices and very good coffee.
The stores are very attractive and are usually spacious.
It has qualified and extremely friendly staff.
You can't go to London without stopping by a Pret.

I ordered a TGTO for 18-1830 at 3pm. but the store decides to close early without giving me enough time to cancel my order. when I tried my best to arrive 1810, it?s locked, I can see staff inside but they won?t let anyone in. It is not a big deal but I would have thought

It's very good to get the monthly pass, the first month is quite cheap and it allows you to have a coffee from the thousand they have or a hot chocolate every half hour for two hundred (and I'm short) Pret & Manger that are spread all over London .

On entering the establishment, I was greeted with a warm smile by Lana and her colleague Pablo. I purchased the chicken, avocado and basil sandwich (which was delicious) and I was delighted, as it was a hot day, to be gifted a Pret cooler by the wonderful people serving me. Well done Lana and Pablo- you made my day!
