I visited this Pret today 10/01/2025, and I just wanted to take this review to thank a member of staff specifically, Levi. He truly went above and beyond, and is one of the nicest employee's I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with at any Pret. Great cup of coffee, great service and overall a great person.

We were served by a red-haired girl, who, apart from being rude, did not let me go to the bathroom, when it was working perfectly. Furthermore, in front of us, she told a waiter to close the door so that no more people would enter, and they were the 5 in the afternoon, saying come on, we close at 5:30. He hasn't even given us any explanations as to why we shouldn't use the toilet, he has simply told us no toilet, without further ado. Very poorly educated and incompetent

Quite spacious, with big windows to sit by. Super friendly staff as well!! Liva was very kind even though I was a bit late to the shop?s closing time. Thank you guys

Overall good food. Try the Tuna and cucumber sandwich. Really excellent. Courteous and reliable staff but no wipes! Solve the problem!Fairly positive experience.Kid-friendliness: It's a fast food restaurant, children are welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: Large door and quite large spaces.

All the food is fresh, they make it daily. Lots of variety.Their range of coffees are quite good.

The Coffee and food it's amazing! Staff in general really nice but in this shop the staff was not. they didn't allow me to use the toilet facilities (of course I was having a bite and coffee) and the blond guy was not nice at all. Should treat better your costumers!
