The regular toilet was locked, so I used the disabled toilet. When I went in, I saw that the flush was broken and there was paper everywhere. I informed the staff member, but they responded in a rude and condescending way, telling me I should be using the regular toilet. I said, ?Thanks, I didn?t know that!? and pointed out how disabled people are supposed to use it, but he sarcastically replied, ?Thanks, that?s very thoughtful of you.? This will be my last time shopping at this Pret.

Found a long, thick dark hair in my tuna salad today. The staff apologized and refunded the food, which I appreciated. Apologies from my side too if I looked too angry - it?s just hard to smile while trying not to vomit. Other than that, it?s an ok spot for lunch.

Last weekend I was served by a young man named Zayn, who catered for my gluten allergy when there were very little gluten free products available. And I received a salad complimentary provided by Zayn. I?m very happy with the service from this individual and the quality of the food I received for my first time in pret. I will definitely be coming back.

Terrible service and no manners from staff. Me and my family went in to have a drink and talk at 5:30pm on Saturday, but we all got kicked by the staff (Indian man) before 6pm shouting at us: WE?RE CLOSED GET OUT GET OUT.
I checked and this Pret was supposed to be open until 7pm, however what really bothered us was the staff.
The place wasnt full, he could?ve approached us and talked to us.
I don?t know whats happening with the hiring standards nowadays, but that?s no way of treating customers, for sure we?ll never go again.

I visited A pret Manger in Holborn 2 weeks ago. Monica?s kindness and dedication truly stood out during my visit. Despite the item I wanted not being available on the shelves, she went above and beyond to prepare it specifically for me and personally brought it over. Her thoughtful approach, customer focus, and genuine care reflect a level of service that is both rare and exceptional. Monica's actions exemplify what it means to be dedicated to one's role in hospitality. It's individuals like her who elevate the customer experience and make a lasting impression.
