After many months of regular orders to our office, this delightful experience truly stood out for all the right reasons.
25 St. Mary Axe Branch's Team went above and beyond - the sandwiches always arrived right on time, wonderfully wrapped, and neatly organised, making distribution effortless.
Moreover, the staff were genuinely kind and helpful, creating a smooth and pleasant interaction from start to finish.

hands down, best pret in the city. staff were extra kind and gave excellent, friendly service. The guy barista was esp lovely and makes brilliant spirulina lattes :))

I was so delighted to be served by Carla. She was smiling and serving with a smile. I couldn't believe how calm she was in spite of it being so very hot in the cafe where there was no air conditioning.
She has such a good spirit, and I was very lucky to be served by someone with such kindness in a busy city!

Unfortunately, recently I've had purchased a baguette with ham and cheese and somehow I've got food poisoning. (Before you ask) I haven't eaten anything before or after that) just want to make sure you guys check for better quality of your food. Thank you
