There are certain individuals who make your day and give you something never to forget! Asian guy with checkered shirt (I think he is the manager of the store, but I wish I got your name), went out of his way to collect the last cheese toastie from the other Pret branch for myself, along with providing a complimentary chocolate croissant. The upcoming baby and I are extremely grateful for your fantastic customer service and simple generous human nature - thank you once again!

Was bullied by an Asian lady staff in the store. Accidentally dropped a pot of fruit on the way to pay while pregnant. I was physically forced to pay twice for the product despite other staffs told me not to worry about it.

Just another pret that doesn?t have a customer toilet. I then asked for sanitiser for my hands and they didn?t even have that, surprisingly, after two years in a pandemic.
Went around 1:30pm and the choices of food were limited between three hot items and four different sandwiches; again, disappointing for being in the middle of Soho at lunch time.
Definitely would not recommend.
