Go here 2-3 days a week, and often 2-3 times a day. Service really fast especially during rush hour, and the staff are great.

Been coming to this pret for a month now since I've started working in the area, I was surprised at how friendly the staff are, especially Emily, she is always smiling and has a very warm energy around her, I'm always happy to see her there when I get my morning coffee. They are busy but they work very smoothly and the coffee is always nice, sometimes when its quiet they start making my coffee as soon as they see me enter the shop, which surprised me since they see hundreds of faces each day, plus the previous pret I was going to never done that after 5 years of going there and were generally rude. Anyway all the staff here are very welcoming and I hope they are all treated nicely ! :)

I walked in to ask for a glass of water to take my medication, and they refused! He was very rude, telling me they don?t give tap water and that I should buy an overpriced bottle ? just to take a pill!
I?m really disappointed with the way I was treated.

Was asking to check for gluten free salads, took them half of my life to check it, manager didn?t even know they had a book to check it. When i asked for it she disappeared and was never back

I bought a matcha latte twice such a disgusting experience i don?t know who on earth doesn?t whisk the matcha chunks of powder in my drink 1st time i thought they made a mistake second time i asked the manager n he said that?s how we do it

I recently visited your store and had a very unpleasant experience. A staff member named Krishna was extremely rude and unprofessional. He prepared my drink incorrectly and didn?t offer an apology. Instead, he gave me a dismissive look, as if he owned the place. His attitude was unacceptable and made me feel very uncomfortable.
I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures that staff are properly trained in customer service. No customer should be treated in such a disrespectful manner.

This pret is very speedy and all the staff have very good customer service. Roshnee in particular has such amazing energy and is very kind. She told me she made the New Yorker roll and it tasted amazing!! Great shop, well done all!
