One of the staff ( Eastern European look) tried to argue with what I ordered. I?ve been order the same drink in the last 6years in Pret across the country, didn?t have any issue with that. Now she tells me off with the order. The person has zero hospitality people skill and extremely rude.
The company should get rid of this kind of the employee immediately. It really damaging the brand. Ridiculous

Service is quick and its always quieter than the other Prets in the area, ideal for grabbing a coffee to go when in a rush. Limited seating upstairs.Staff are always friendly.

Staff was inhospitable and more intent on closing early than trying to serve customers trying to purchase their goods. Would not recommend.

Very small pret with badic limited selection of usual items for this store.The outside seating area is a bit rough and dirty, although it's such a nice location just opposite the guildhall.Plenty of other coffee shops around in the area. Just ok to stop by for a quick sandwich if everything else is closed already.

This is one of the worst ever pret, the coffee is really bad and tasteless. Please make standardised coffee as per other outlets. Poor quality.
