This coffee shop is the best! The coffee is always great, but what makes it special is the friendly staff. Even when they are busy, they always greet me with a smile and make me feel welcome.

I'm giving a low rating for the sake of improvement. I was served white Americano which was not hot and quantity was also less. The guy on the counter fixed this but not sure with Americano or filter coffe. The staff seemed to be lost in their conversations, may that's didn't serve the perfect coffee ! I'm a regular here and would love to have a great coffee in every visit !

Far too expensive although the baguettes are nice. Some of the staff are not as friendly as other branches. I only visit when I need a quick bite. Otherwise I would happily avoid Pret all together.

Decent, clean and tidy place. Clean toilets.
Frequented by many young locals.
A great discovery for buying sandwiches, sandwiches and single fresh fruit on the fly to take away and not between one visit and another.
Possibility to sit and taste on site without any extra charge.
The wholemeal sandwich with butter and salmon is excellent, as is the Italian-style raw sandwich.

I didn't give five stars exclusively because of the hasty staff who were not available to listen to any requests, as well as the lack of customer service in terms of the possibility of heating the sandwiches since you take them directly from the fridges on the wall in light of the somewhat external temperatures. stiff...
Recommended for our quick lunches in London so as to also contain the cost of the trip.

This Pret has been my regular for months and it?s always clean, the staff always sweet and smiley. People come and go but it?s nice to see some regular staff ?s faces.
They recognise me and occasional gift me a little treat :)
I love my Matcha?s and I always ask for it to be hot so it melts really nicely so it doesn?t stick to the bottom of my cup!
Cheered me up after a long week. ???? much love to all the staff there I come across .

Good coffee, and nice baguette but these have been shrunk in size compared to what they were.

Pret have lost their personal touch that originally made them unique and a nice place to get lunch or coffee. The staff seem to rush you and have a ?don?t care? attitude. Food is okay but overpriced. On two occasions I?ve been served by a staff member wearing their outside hats and coats whilst serving its strange.

Pret always hits the spot but this branch is badly managed, 90% of the time there is 5 people serving but only one person making the coffee ????

Three flies were lazily circulating in the cabinet for cakes and croissants, right under the noses of staff, who obviously need lessons in basic hygiene. I left immediately.
