Truly love this Pret, they are all lovely and friendly. Always quick and on the spot, specially David and a short lady with curly hair. Asked about allergies on some food and they where great supporting and guiding me.

Bad experience this morning. Short dark haired lady behind the till was very rude. When I asked to pay with cash she was aggressive and even swore. How can you be so rude just because you don?t accept cash. Think management need a chat with her. Complaint as been logged.

Was having an asthma attack and the lovely gentleman behind the counter saw if I was ok, checked on me and asked if I needed anything. He bought me over water and asked what drink I wanted, I tried to pay but he said it was ok!

Bit into A LITERAL ROCK in my chicken wrap, almost broke my tooth and choked on it. For the near- death experience, I?d give this place a 2/5. The 1 point extra is for their Acai bowls, really yummy!

Been this store many times to buy food and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. But the last two experiences have been bad with the same staff. I came to pay after she called me, but she turned away to do other thing. I waited for her to come back and process my order. While I was paying, she walked away again and not back so I took my food and left.
The second experience was similar to the first. I met her again and it was the same, she walked away again. I'm curious how she treats other customers, She smiled and gave them tissue and bag after payment. The completely different attitude seems intentional.
I am your loyal customer for a long time and buy membership every month. I will stop buying membership and food.

Pret?s wraps are a rip off, half of the package is empty space; and now I notice the hot falafel wrap is even smaller half of the pack is air! I?m Done with pret rip off and won?t be back

Had to pay more to sit in. Then people were coming in sat with lap tops in meeting no drinks or food purchased bur nothing said to them. Thought that was a bit unfair. Otherwise coffee and food was ok

Only went in for coffee. Service was rushed .coffee nice and hot . Seats comfortable and big but not much room between them so cant get out of seat once you get seated.Toilet was ok but got soaked when turn tap on splashed all down me .

Always out of stock of pastries every morning between 9-11am. Started going to another prêt 3 mins away and no issues there. So I think this place just has a problem.
