Truly love this Pret, they are all lovely and friendly. Always quick and on the spot, specially David and a short lady with curly hair. Asked about allergies on some food and they where great supporting and guiding me.

Bad experience this morning. Short dark haired lady behind the till was very rude. When I asked to pay with cash she was aggressive and even swore. How can you be so rude just because you don’t accept cash. Think management need a chat with her. Complaint as been logged.
