It's a pleasant and affordable coffee shop chain. This location is quite calm and well-suited for working on a laptop. It's also a good choice for business meetings. Good for families and groups

It's one of the best Prets I have EVER been to. Had the pleasure of being served by Anis and Ana. I've given them a shout-out as they are just so professional and friendly, and it's very rare to see nowadays. Thanks so much for doing such a fab job and working as a team!

I received a surprise bag with plenty of food and excellent value.
The vegetarian Italian sandwiches are delicious. The café is cosy, and the loo is clean.

Good place for a quick coffee or lunch. Not cheap though £15 nearly for one lunch and a bar of chocolate.Christmas decorations are pretty lackluster too, so small and one side has none! LolUpdate: they didn't even cut the core out of the raw onion in my tuna melt toastie :(

Staff was really rude. I came 20 mins before closing time and he seemed really annoyed that I ordered a coffee. And the coffee I received was 1/4 full and the rest really bubbly froth.

Nice Pret. Tucked in the side from Aldgate. Looks clean and toilet is working.However, there are not many wall sockets. I've seen one. So if you need to charge anything, I would not bother.But bonus is, they have seating outside too. So that's very nice.

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting the Houndstitch location, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed.What really made my experience at Pret A Manger Houndsditch stand out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. In particular, I would like to give a special shoutout to Rafsan, who was one of the best team members I have ever encountered. Rafsan was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, and he even remembered my drink order from my previous visit. It's little touches like this that truly set Pret A Manger Houndsditch apart.

It's a busy city coffee house. Not enough gluten free options. Staff are great especially with the footfall they have to manage.
