food and sandwiches can be nice if you know what to choose

My first ever visit there as where I intended going was full up. Probably won't go there again but as I've indicated by the stars the place was ok and I've no complaints. I don't use that establishment much usually.

Appalling customer service at Pret Fleet Street. There is regularly poor training of new staff here, who often make mistakes with orders and trollies left out blocking access. This morning staff refused to serve an additional shot. This is the worst Pret in the area and extremely poor customer service received here.

Went to get a coffee at 3.15pm doors closed already. Staff showed 3fingers to tell me they close at 3pm. In the window it says 3.30pm! Unacceptable! Should cancel my subscription really as you can't provide the service!
