I have paid for oat milk and Carmel latte. First time, the barista did not add Carmel syrup. I have asked for the drink to be made again. The guy remade the drink and this time he intentionally use normal milk. Not what I have paid for. Not fairly trade.

I came in this morning for a coffee and croissant, i forgot to ask for syrup in the coffee and when i asked for it the women behind the till who seemed to be new since im local go this Pret told me they don?t do syrup and when i pointed to the syrup she then got angry and told me next time order it from the start. She started to then talk about me to her colleagues while they all looked at me, very unprofessional.

Do not go to this location. We were buying a sandwich and cookie and noticed 4 fruit flies flying around and landing on the cookies. When I mentioned it to the staff that we no longer to buy want the cookie due to this they (both staff members) ignored me and did not say a word. This shows this location has issues with cleanliness and hygiene and they clearly do not care. Another reviewer 8 months ago also mentioned the flies - they need to be shut down and I?ll be making a complaint to the food standards agency.
