I have a soft spot for Pret as it was started by a couple of students who went to my Uni, and they have always distributed leftover food to the homeless, without virtue signalling. The food is fair, but the customer service is miserable! I’ve been nice to staff every time I was in the store, but the single staff almost never greeted back, not even to mention offering bag or napkin!
