Having recently moved offices and being made to go in more often, I had to find a new local Pret. Fairly quickly, the staff here recognise me, know my coffee order and are so friendly as well. Great atmosphere which shows how well the manager is doing their job as that energy is reflected by everyone.

The service is very slow. You have to qoue on the front of the shop before entering. it is not organised. i waited 15 minutes till they took my order. Tge order served in a srange way. They forgot the drink and later they brought it and it was not tasety. They are very slow to deliver the reciept. I think the staff need to be trained how to manage custmers and they need to have priorities. Food is good but is not worth to waste that much time

Today I?ve been served by a guy. I?ve told him few times Earl grey tea.. and he have done latte.. You might need to check, if people working for you can hear?A bad start of the day.I?ve been already many times in this place, but everything was so nice and accurate. But not today.Big dislike for this kind of staff!

This review is 100% for Eusebio & Hussein as they have been incredible staff members in this Pret! Every morning no matter the weather, they always greet me with a smile and just an amazing customer service. I think they both deserve a pay rise for the service they gave to the customers :)
