We came with my daughter to kill time before another commitment near by. Amazing service and the hot chocolate was delicious and just the right temperature for my kid. The service was impeccable and very welcoming.

I stopped by Pret to kill some time before my theater show started, and it turned out to be a great choice. The temperature inside was perfect, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
I especially appreciated the additional seating tucked away behind the counter?it felt like a hidden gem, offering a quiet and secluded space to relax.

It?s one of the many times the past few days I am visiting this Pret and the air conditioner was broken. It was extremely hot and unsafe for the staff, who looked like they might faint. In these conditions, staff shouldn't be allowed to work. Please address this urgently.

I visited Pret today in need of the toilet for my 11 month old son who had peed all over himself. I went straight to the counter and asked for the toilet, a guy directed me to the ones downstairs, I got there and realised a code was required, so I can upstairs whilst my husband held my son and asked for the code. The guy refused to give me the code unless I bought something. I said it was to change my baby urgently and he denied me access. The guy was very rude and didn't want to help, which made me not want to buy anything. I left and went to Nero where the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.

After ordering our drinks they told us they were out of ice. This was a major hassle. Ended up spending £5 on canned drinks

Interesting that my transaction at the till was silent. Not a word came from the person serving me. Not even a hint of a hello or thank you. Just nothing and I?m expected to pay for such a rubbish service?Sandwich was soggy.

Great location and wonderful staff. I ordered an oat latte and it tasted burnt which I mentioned to the staff. They said they could make me another one and I said it was ok and that I?ll just keep what I had, but wanted to let them know. They kindly insisted and I accepted. I love that they really made an effort to make a better cup of coffee for me and went out of their way to remedy the issue. I believe it was the Operations Manager named Chan. Thank you!

I always went to any Pret was near to my workplace and never had any problem, the staff is usually friendly and they are quite fast. I also got my subscription for over a year but recently I have been going very often to the Pret near Covent Garden (Long Acre) and it?s definitely the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced in Pret, they open late almost every day, they are rude and slow.Definitely thinking to stop the subscription and go somewhere else!
