I guess some genius at the strategy department at Pret (Jab Jolding, a PE of course), decided that only one employee was required to run locations like this, including being a barista, cashier, replenish the shelfs, etc. the result: empty counters, long queues and below average coffee. I?ve been coming to this branch everytime I visit London for work, and can speak first-hand of the extremely poor decision from Pret?s ownership to streamline in-store operations like this. I guess someone is getting ready to boost the books and prepare an exit of this asset.

I feel compelled to share something deeply upsetting that I witnessed in your store on Saturday between 2:00 and 3:00 PM. It has stayed with me ever since, and I sincerely hope you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.
I witnessed a staff member named Sahithya wearing a light green name batch, speaking in an extremely rude and harsh manner to another team member a woman wearing a brown hijab and a long black t-shirt. I didn?t catch her name, but I could clearly see she crying.What was even more shocking is that this happened right in front of customers. It showed a complete lack of compassion, respect, and professionalism.
I was planning to make a purchase as I was second in line, but after seeing that, I felt too disturbed to stay and walked out without buying anything. The atmosphere was deeply uncomfortable, and to add to it, Sahithya didn?t even acknowledge or greet customers properly. I was in a hurry or I would?ve called for the manger and complained. I will not be visiting this store again and would not recommend to others.I hope you will investigate this incident thoroughly and take appropriate action. ???

I go to this Pret every Thursday and the staff are really friendly and the service is quick. Can't really fault this place. Keep up the good work.

a great pret!!! even at really busy times I've found the service really great. there's especially this one lady in there who is always so sweet and asks me how my day is- I didn't see her name but she really truly made my day. a beacon of positivity in the hustle and bustle of London! wishing her the best <3

The cakes here are awesome, just like everything else in Pret. The cookie was so soft and had the perfect amount of sweetness!

First time here on two occasions this week on way to conference. Superb friendly, smiling, happy staff and good food and coffee - would definitely go back if in area. But.. the music! So loud at 0900! Why??
