An ok Pret, same food and drinks as elsewhere. But no comfy seats. Also, it would be helpful if they added floor markings or signage to show where people should queue to order and where to wait for drinks after you've ordered. At the moment in can be hard to tell who is queuing and who has already ordered.

Pret was one of my fav places. Now the food quality is soo low. Last week I bought a wrap and half of it was empty. Today I bought a salmon salad with avocado. Salmon was not smoked at all, it was raw, hard to eat. Avokado was so tough, I couldnt even bite it.

Feel sorry for the staff, having to deal with impatient customers who have unbelievable expectations when it comes to coffee service. Yet the staff continue to serve with a smile on their face. Hope management are aware of the hard work that their staff are going through - they are the face of your brand, not the people sitting around in head office!
