I went this morning around 10.50am and this is what I found out they gave me.
I took a salted caramel latte to go in a rush so I didn't have time to check it on spot. Once I got to my location I felt the cup quite light.
A half empty cup. Not acceptable honestly for the money paid. Poor service and care.

Lovely staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Food not very good and coffee was quite ordinary. Too expensive and painfully more if eating-in.

The environment is ok. But the coffee is really bad. I ordered a flat white it Taste like bitter water. Is like they make 2 coffee with a single shot. And the aftertaste is like burn coffee.

Diabolical place. The charge you more for items than the advertised price. Porridge is £2.49 with subscription but when you get to counter they charge £3:15. When this disparity is brought to the attention of staff they don?t apologise and are rude. The worst Prey in London by a mile.

I used to use the Barbican Pret and I thought that place was good but this is another level. Consistenly excellent service. Never a queue. Drink given to you within about 10 seconds. Staff incredibly friendly - regular "have a lovely day" as you leave. Pret need to give these guys a bonus, they are smashing it every day. Nero, Costa, Starbucks are just no where close to Pret when it comes to running coffee shops.
