I?ve been trying the filter coffee here for the past few days, but unfortunately, it hasn?t quite met my expectations. There?s a slightly odd taste that I couldn?t get used to, and it didn?t sit well with my stomach. I?ve tried filter coffee at other branches and didn?t have the same issue, so this might be specific to this location. I really wanted to enjoy it, but it just didn?t work for me this time.

I am a regular customer at this Cannon Street store and I must say they have a great hard working team. The place would crumble without their efforts. This store is very very busy being right opposite Cannon Street station and in a very prime location. The staff there have great customer service and always deliver great service in a hectic environment. Special thanks to Damien, Vaishnavi, Zenobia, Leticia and the others who I have not mentioned. Keep it up ?

Not that busy staff have no interest in cleaning tables. Pret are being let down by the management. Disappointing ????

I bought a baguette with bacon and egg, and it was a huge disappointment. The bread was rubbery, and the filling consisted of just one piece of bacon and what seemed like half an egg smeared thinly across the surface and this is for for the £3.45 ?Extremely dissatisfied with the quality.

Very disgusting because we buy coffee from the store and they don't allow us to use washroom. The lady pn her periods and she want to use washroom but they can't help us

Just your usual run of the mill place. Coffee was ok and food was lackluster. Too expensive for what it is. Staff were great and the place was clean and well kept.

Very good food
But the ladies laughed in my face when I asked if it was possible to prepare mocha so that it was cold but without ice. What the lady at another Pret a Manger did for me the day before. And they literally laughed in my face and said ok and I got warm coffee.
It's not like I have a big problem with coffee, but just being laughed at and having my Xham side eye hurt a lot.
The lady also prepared a regular soya latte for my friend three times because she couldn't make it and waited for over 15 minutes when we were in a hurry.
I highly recommend other Pret A Mangers, but not this one. First bad expierence.

I visited your store at 18:55 today on Saturday and the staff who is bald and old guy said just ?Closed?. It does not make sense cause the closure time on Saturdays is 19:00 according to the notice of the door and google maps. Just change the time to 18:55 or explain any reasons for that to the customer instead of just one word.

Visit this pret almost every week day. Food is great, service top notch, and friendly staff friendly.
Dietary restrictions: Vegan options have been reducing overtime but there is a still a few to choose from. The chocolate almond cookie is amazing.

Would give this review a 0 star if it were possible. Was just passing by on the hunt for a sandwich and saw the store with people in it still choosing. Unbeknownst to me, I?d walked in through the open door five minutes past closing and made it halfway across the room before being yelled at ?WE ARE CLOSED?.Exceptionally and unnecessarily rude.
