Rude staff member served us the wrong drink and insisted it was right, even though it tasted and looked the same as another drink on the menu. Also paid £4 for the lumpiest match I have EVER had it was so intolerable I couldn?t even finish 1/4!

This was my first visit to this branch of Pret and I was very impressed. The decor wasn't the same as other Pret stores and it being a larger branch made a pleasant change .

I?ve been after the Mediterranean Style Tuna sandwich for a few weeks now, I?d been told that smaller Pret?s have stopped serving them but found then at this one and it was delicious!

I had a sandwich with my child on 12th April 2025 at about 1 o'clock at this branch, and I bought two sandwiches and drinks. I went to the toilet but needed a toilet code, so I went to a member of staff.
However, the worker said that the toilets were for 'customers only' and refused to give the code to me. When two other customers, both of whom were white, asked for the code, he gave it to them right away.
Is it that Pret has no intention of selling food to people of colour? I must have been very dumb to have bought food regularly from people who are racist.
I expect the manager to find the member of staff and offer him proper employee training that is to the standard of Pret's customer service quality.

A decent chain cafe in a good location. There is a good amount of indoor seating and service was efficient and easy.

Good value for a quick warm up and a snack and coffee! The bathroom is strange being inside of the staff entrance but big as it's an handicap accessible one, and clean.

I have to commend the service at this particular Pret due to several positive interactions. Firstly, when I explained to one of the baristas that I needed to use the disabled toilet, he insisted that I should go ahead of the other people queuing. He explained to them it is a disabled toilet and so I had priority. On another occasion, another young man allowed me to sit in an area they had closed after I explained I could not sit on a stool.
My only feedback would be that they really should have a code or key for the disabled toilet door like other Prets. I have seen on many occasions, people trying to use the toilet who are not even paying customers and they have even become quite nasty towards the staff when they are challenged.

They were so unfriendly i felt sorry for coming in and ordering something. Next time i?ll leave them alone. They guy was very nice and helpful but the women was just mesn to us.
