Rude staff member served us the wrong drink and insisted it was right, even though it tasted and looked the same as another drink on the menu. Also paid £4 for the lumpiest match I have EVER had it was so intolerable I couldn’t even finish 1/4!

This was my first visit to this branch of Pret and I was very impressed. The decor wasn't the same as other Pret stores and it being a larger branch made a pleasant change .
