When you're traveling back and leaving London, there's nothing better than grabbing a final great cup of coffee and a tasty sandwich to fuel the journey ahead?and this is the perfect place to do just that.
What made it even more special was the amazing team working there?their warm smiles and friendly vibes made me feel so welcome.
The highlight? I accidentally left my phone behind and only realized it just before entering the station. I was panicking?until I turned around and saw the lovely lady from the café running toward me in the rain to return it. She honestly felt like an angel.
Huge thanks to the team?you made my departure from London unforgettable!

The person who seemed to be the manager was really rude. The staff looked like they were under a lot of pressure and were just following his feedback. The whole place felt very chaotic and unorganized. It was honestly quite disappointing, especially since I expected better based on Pret?s values.

Friendly and attentive branch of Pret with consistently warm service and well-made drinks. Convenient to Farringdon station. Could do with a little more seating inside, but that's me splitting hairs.

Very bad coffee, quite a lot food in offer, pastry section with empty trays and not really polite staff, giving the feeling that you disturb them asking for the coffee. Lack of atmosphere

The Asian barista called Too is always shouting and berating those working at the tills. I understand it?s a small and busy shop but management always seem to run off or come back to fight customers and blame inconveniences upon those working at the till. In particular, Miguel and Maria who boast about how great they are and then mistreat their subordinates. I thought they were great until I saw their true nature. It?s such a shame that a pret shop which actually delivers with speed is poorly led.
We all make mistakes but this it?s disgusting, the guys at the till hide it with smiles and laughter but after a few months of coming here I don?t think I can watch these guys work so hard to be berated, mistreated and micromanaged over what?s not in their control despite them doing their best. I hope changes are made, so many great reviews but give a closer inspection and you?ll see what some people are truly like.

It?s very close to the metro station. I ordered filtered black coffee and the price was just 99p. Although eat in space is very small with9 high chairs and 3 tables, it is clean. No toilet and no wifi connection. Just not bad place to have a cup of coffee before taking the train.

To echo other customers, the team at this Pret are legitimately the best. You can have a heinous journey in via a busy tube, and the team here somehow always manage to make you smile! I've thought about letting go of my subscription but have kept it just to keep coming back here.

This has to be one of the fastest Prett's in London. I come here often, as it's right by my work, and before you can even finish saying what coffee you'd like - they've already made it for you. Que sometimes looks long (at 08:55), but it moves so quick, that you can be in and out in under 2 minutes even at peak time.Staff are really lovely. They remember your order, ask how you're day is going, and are always smiling.

Hello.I've been meaning to write a review about this establishment for a long time.And I want to say right away about the bad, since there is a lot of good here.One thing that I really didn?t like is that I want to come back here every day. And I find myself in this joyful, friendly and cheerful atmosphere))The staff here is really cool. Smiling and kind people. Who pay attention to small details.A barista's smile lifts your spirits!Always fresh baked goods. Clean room and tables, which is rare in London.Thank you for everything!!!You make people?s lives more joyful!!!

Give the managers of this location an award. The service is consistently great despite the huge number of customers. I occasionally walk passed three Prets to come to this location. It?s just an all around great spot.

The service at this Pret is exemplary, they are super efficient and friendly. The queue always goes down really quickly especially in rush hour, and I never have to wait long for my great coffee. Really impressive. Thank you.

I asked the polish woman for a ruby choc drink, she kept saying Rhubbery and I kept saying no the ruby choc drink. She then loudly and patronisingly tells me that there?s no chocolate in the ruby COCOA drink and it?s a ruby shake. You?d think the staff would know that the drink with the name cocoa has chocolate in it. I understand that not everyone knows that pink chocolate is called ruby chocolate but to argue so much about what I called the drink is pathetic. Her colleague tried to defend her but I pointed to the board which has the drink as ?Ruby cocoa pret SHAKER? not even a shake so she was wrong on all counts.
