I visited Pret A Manger last Thursday after a hectic day at work, just trying to find a little refuge from the rain and somewhere to have my work meeting over a hot drink. I was feeling overwhelmed and juggling a lot?but the staff completely turned my day around.
From the moment I walked in, every single team member was kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They noticed I was struggling, and without hesitation, several of them stepped in to assist me. Their kindness and attentiveness genuinely made all the difference.
I left feeling not only refreshed, but also deeply grateful. It reminded me that people really do make the difference. Thank you to the amazing team?you truly saved my day!

Wow, I was not expecting such rude and unhelpful service on a sunny Monday morning (June 16th)! I popped in to grab a couple of coffees, one for me and one for my colleague on the way to work. I went in smiling and came out annoyed. This is why. I asked for a normal
Latte for myself and a cold Latte for my colleague, but with no ice. The woman serving me immediately replied with some attitude that we don?t do that (the cold Latte). I said it?s just your latte with but cold milk and no ice. She repeated that that?s not possible. I explained that we?d had exactly that several times from this very Pret and she said they shouldn?t have done it. No sorry, no charm, and quite aggressive. At this point I was starting to feel miffed at the nature of her responses so I asked if I shouldn?t order my coffees here? Her response?. It?s up to you! Her colleague, a man intervened and starting to process the bill. He was charming and I think embarrassed and compensating for his miserable colleague. By the time I?d paid the woman had placed both coffees on the counter? it took less than a couple of minutes to get the drinks I asked for, so easy and yet so much drama. She gave me a filthy look?.. all this and I?d walked in happy and prepared to part with money, which I did. In fact over £15 as I bought food too. No one parting with good money should be treated with this attitude. Needless to say, I won?t be back but she needs to be pulled up and taught about customer service.

Barista Anthony was exceptionally knowledgeable and asked me a question about how I?d like my milk I?ve never heard of before; was friendly and helpful and took time and care to make me a beautiful coffee! I appreciate you Anthony thank you!

The store extremely dirty, I asked for a latte and I got a cappuccino 2 times, and the woman, I suppose is the manager was very rude and condescending.
