I absolutely love Pret a Manger on Queen Victoria Street! The baristas here are incredibly friendly and always make me feel welcome. It?s amazing how they remember my order within just a couple of weeks of becoming a regular. The atmosphere is always welcoming and cozy, making it the perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. Highly recommend this place!

Just turned us out at 3.30pm despite the fact that should work till 4pm. We were with baby and she couldn't finish with her lunch. Not hospitality service at all.

Service can sometimes be very slow in this branch of Pret.
Too much focus is on preparing "coffees"
I don't and have never drunk coffee in 50 years on this planet.
All I want to do is to pay for my sandwich and leave asap, but i'm destined to be delayed constantly for someone who wants and somebody who prepare coffees.
Pret have never solved this issue in any of their branches - might I humbly suggest introducing self service tills, btw I'm quite capable of scanning and paying for my own sandwich - they do it in supermarkets go figure hey!
So basically I am queuing up to hand my sandwich to a person who scans my sandwich in then i pay for it - why do you need a person for this?
I dont want a coffee, i just want to pay for my sandwich, but things never change @ Pret.
