There are plenty of available seats, even on Sundays. Because they have also seats downstairs. The place is clean and cozy, the staff is friendly, and they have a toilet.
The WiFi condition is good, Definitely one of the best Pret in London.

Came by for coffee the other day and it was decent. Staff were wearing uniforms and disposable gloves. Unfortunately, there were minimal hot items during my two visits in the morning...just cold sandwiches along with baked goods...bummer. Espresso was smooth and temperature of the drink was good.

Pret Employees are just slamming the doors like their owns but it also reflects poorly on the establishment's overall customer service and etiquette standards. A simple door etiquette reminder or even a door closer mechanism could prevent such incidents and create a more welcoming atmosphere for patrons.

Visited Mansion House branch this morning, so firstly would like to thank you for being open early on Sundays as everywhere else around here is closed.I ordered two of the oat pots with pistachios, which are absolutely delicious and full of protein and an oat flat white.Tamanna served me, was very welcoming, smiling and polite and made my flat white perfectly as many cafés do not get the texture right. Was also a perfect temperature, nice and hot. Hate coffees that go cold after 5mins. 70/75 degrees is spot on.I believe Tamanna could see I was exhausted and struggling with all my bags and SO kindly gave me my coffee on the house.Tamanna has really made my day!I don?t expect free coffee and today of all days it has meant a lot this small act of kindness.I will definitely be returning.
