I ordered an oat matcha latte with vanilla. To my surprise, the matcha appeared to come from single-serve reusable bags, which already raised concerns about quality.
The first drink I received was poorly prepared: the matcha wasn?t stirred properly, leaving large clumps throughout, especially at the bottom (photo attached).
When I politely asked for a replacement, the response from the staff member (black curly hair) was less than professional. She seemed visibly annoyed, made no effort to apologize, and simply told me to ?stand aside? while making another one.
The second drink was even worse. It tasted completely off ? instead of oat milk, it was made with coconut water (to which I am allergic), and the vanilla flavor was overpowering. Needless to say, I couldn?t drink it either. Wasted 5£.
I genuinely expected better service and product quality. This experience was disappointing on multiple levels ? both in preparation and customer service. I won?t be ordering matcha at your store again.

Good coffee but disappointed that with such a large coffee shop at a prime location, there is only 1 Toilet - had no soap, no working hand dryer. Pret needs to do better

The coffee was good as always but one of the staff kept mentioning about closing the store since 6:40 and kept sending customers away from the door 10 mins prior to the closure of the store. I have witnessed 2 customers walked out because of the message and it?s pretty annoying to witness someone screaming at customers that we are closing and you have to leave. I appreciate that all staff work on hourly basis and I ran a store myself and understand how staff wants to finish on time but I would never have one of the staff behave this way with the customers.
