I had a bit of a giddy moment today and the staff here at my local Pret, who know me well, couldn?t have been kinder. So grateful - and such a great example of the culture Pret seeks to create in its business

Music was too loud, which then makes everyone raise their voices. Tables were dirty and staff pretty busy to deal with it, so not sure if it was a freak rush of clients, but I had to leave as I couldn't finish my coffee in peace. Staff was helpful though and quality along the same as the coffee chain.

The afro-faced clerk here always has the worst attitude.Since the first time I used this place, he hasn't said a word to me.The other clerks provide normal customer service, but that man's customer service is extremely unpleasant.

Pret's OK. Food is OK. But there are waaaaaaay too many of them on the high street (often 3 or 4 on the same street) that they get boring and the food ends up a bit meh. I think of going in but I don't. Boring and uninspiring
