Great service. My kids Alana and Aaron love Franco Manco restaurant. Apparently Suella Braverman the UK politician was there. Great lady representing United Kingdom. Oui . Yes as our French brothers and sisters say. The Dali Lama apparently loves pret a manager. Me too. I kiss frogs and they turn into princes.

Wonderful staff at Pret near Russell Square
I regularly visit the Pret near Russell Square tube station ? usually 2?3 times a week, as my child?s school is nearby. The atmosphere is always friendly, and I have to say that Kat and Joe on the make a real difference.
They?re always smiling, positive, and genuinely welcoming. Their kindness and energy create such a nice, personal touch ? it?s the main reason I choose this Pret over others in the area.
I?m really grateful for their excellent customer service. It brightens my day every time I stop by. Thank you, Kat and Joe

I LOVE the Pret A Manger on Bernard St by Russell Square! The customer service was SUPERB, staff was super friendly and helpful, the food was DELICIOUS (especially the dreamy Pastel De Nata), drinks were made so quickly and tasty! It was overall a great experience, and so much fun that I came back two days in a row!!!! 100/10 reccommend!!!

Pret A Manger on Bernard Street, just a short walk from Russell Square station, is one of the most convenient spots for a quick breakfast or coffee in London. As expected from the chain, the quality of coffee and pastries is consistent and satisfying. Their croissants and breakfast rolls are fresh and perfect for a quick morning bite. The staff are generally friendly, and the service is fast, which is ideal for people on the go. While it may not offer a unique or cozy café vibe, it delivers exactly what it promises?reliable, tasty food with great accessibility.

Stopped at this pret to grab a quick lunch before visiting Great Ormond Street. Service was polite though a little slow. Prices and food as per average pret. Hot Chocolates were a lot weaker than they used to be though.
