Absolutely terrible service, do not get parcels delivered here. Despite showing my passport and proof of address and her having my parcel in her hand with my name and address on, she refused to hand it over as the pick up code I was given was apparently wrong. Totally unhelpfuly and couldnt care less tthat my 6 year child was in tears outside waiting..Shocking service from Prema who runs the shop.

Lady there is so rude and constantly gritting her teeth at me, went to pick up my parcel apparently not there even though the app says it has arrived there, shop is quite messy and very dull overall not a good place to shop or pick up and receive parcels!

Decent rather large shop has a good newspapers and magazines section and you can do the lottery and collect or return online orders here. They usually have discounted utems near the counter which are near expiry. Alcohol section is tucked away in it's own area so you could miss it.

We used to drop parcels here, but since the lady works there..Oh.. the worst service ever had, rejected my parcels 3 times making up excuses. AVOID IT!! SAVE YOUR TIME!!

Great shop for dropping a parcel to. If driving, it's a bit difficult to park up my grandad had to double park and wait in the car whilst me and my son took the parcel in. The man who worked there was really nice and friendly. There's lots of stuff to choose from and is a decent sized shop.

Super unhelpful and unreasonable staff.Wanted to drop off a Collect plus package- there was already a pile, they would refuse to take mine because the driver hasn?t come by, given I was in no hurry for when the parcel will actually be picked up.

Do not have parcels delivered here! According to the Royal Mail tracking they refused the parcel! The sender hadn't write a return address, meaning the parcel is God knows where now!
