Couldn't get a hot drink in our room and only one very staff member dealing with incoming bookings. The room was clean and the food was alright in the bar.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Excellent location, lovely clean comfortable hotel and the staff were all pleasant. We purchased the breakfast and there was always plenty of choice and it was delicious both mornings. Thankyou for a lovely welcoming stay.

We stayed at the hotel on the Andalucia bridge in February 2024. The positive points are the location, the breakfast and the perfect beds, nothing to complain about, ideal for sleeping and going out. As negative points the cleaning, they did not make the room for us in the 5 nights that we stayed, I only left 1 towel in a family room of 4 although the next day they gave us all of them, they had a problem with the reservation they said that we had not paid even though we showed them The payments kept us until 2 in the morning without giving us a room with the children asleep on the sofa in the entrance. They insisted that we pay again for the room, which would then be fixed and they would return the money. We refused after seeing the other previous reviews. customers. Great care!!! Our agency told us not to give anything but they left us stranded for more than 3 hours until we managed to check in, it was not normal.

Fabulous Premier Inn, in such a great location. We decided not to eat here and grabbed a quick bite to eat from the Wetherspoons which is in spitting distance.The reception area was clean and bright with a nice water area with hot water and drinks available.Room was exactly as expectedLovely Premier Inn.

The service was excellent from the reception staff; not able to fault it.If possible, the attention from the breakfast team this morning (25/02/2024) was even better. They were superb.Our room was ok, a bit 'tired', but the hotel was very well situated for our needs.Food & drinks: The breakfast team (25/02/2024) were fantastic. Service was discreet but very attentive; can't rate them highly enough!

We found the location of this premier inn excellent for our 5 day trip having booked two rooms for me and my wife and our son and his young family, close to London Tower and Tower Bridge which we had planned to visit. The hotel is well kept and we found staff to be kind, friendly and efficient, especially Salman on reception who was brilliant he printed off some vouchers which saved us lots on museum entry price. It was my 70th birthday during our stay (the reason for our trip) and the restaurant staff were so kind they made me a special dessert complete with candle, we felt the staff on the whole went the extra mile so well done everyone. This is not our first stay in a Premier Inn and certainly won't be the last.. smart rooms with comfy beds ..great stay.! ?

Rooms are a little dated with signs of mould in the walls. We had to request some items that should have been filled out when the room was turned around. But the staff sorted it straight away. Dining room is a little cramped and the 20 off minute wait to get in for breakfast each morning was a little off putting. Food was good and plenty of it.

The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly and accommodating. The food was great - you always know what you are going to get at a Premier Inn. The hotel itself needs a bit of an update but overall a great stay - a big thank you to the team!

Stayed here for 2 nights, and the room was large with big Tv, which made a nice change, very comfortable and clean. Very close to tower bridge and local to get something to eat. Ideally located for what we needed.Walkability: Lots to see within walking distance.Food & drinks: Co-op, cafe, pizza, and pubs all within minutes walking distance.

Good location for tower bridge and bermondsey. Booking was mixed up, and judging by various conversations at reception, same for others. Next to main road so opening windows not so good. Rooms going to need a refresh soon and cleaners need to learn to clean behind furniture.
