Very good hotel ideally located near Tottenham Hale station (metro bus and Stansted express). Commercial area 100m away.Very friendly staff, clean and well-equipped room, comfortable beds and generous breakfast. I recommend to tourists passing through London

Nice hotel but if you got walking difficulties don't stay here as parking back of train station and a good 10 min walk.. not good at night of aloneWalkability: No parking behind train station bit if walk not good if you have plenty of luggage

They have argument with costumers. We said on the online website here is looking has a car park but she said near by train station? Yep there is no car park? And ?f you looking unhappy there is a curly hair women saying I can cancel your booking bla bla bla and speaking like the yelling? very bad stuff. We said if you cancelling our booking you have to give receipt and another stuff was there she said we don?t have here computer but she was looking angry like other one? She showed the table and said you see there is not computer we are coming back wait here we are bringing your receipt she said. If we didn?t ask the receipt they are not giving.. That?s all there was amazing stuff.

Picked this budget friendly hotel due to its location to white hart lane. Its a premier inn, does exactly what it says on the tin! We stayed here on Sat 3rd Feb 24.The reason I have chosen to leave a top review is purely due to the staff.All of them were attentive, friendly, approachable and engaging. Had a chat and a giggle with a few of them while on my many visits outside to vape/collect food.Fantastic staff who couldn't do enough for you! Well done team, keep being your lovely selves ??

I recommend choosing this hotel for those arriving at Stansted airport. It can be reached in about 30 minutes via the Stansted Express train line and is located right opposite Tottenham Hale station. From here, using the underground, you can then reach any area of ??London. It is a hotel that has beautiful architecture and the interior is made up of large, well soundproofed and clean rooms. All areas available to guests are also very clean. The staff is kind and smiling but evidently there is no figure who can coordinate them and monitor their work. Last Saturday, upon returning after a whole day spent out and about, both we and another couple of friends found that our rooms had not been tidied up. Everything remained as we had left it. But what's even more serious is that, despite having reported the problem to the reception, no one decided to remedy it. They just gave us a couple of clean towels and that was it. Another sore point, as well as a curious one, is the absence of a toilet brush in the toilets. IT'S INCREDIBLE! I've been traveling halfway around the world for decades and I've never seen a shortage like this. I confess that I have often held back from "pooping" to avoid asking myself the problem of how to eliminate the residues in the "cup". At reception they told me candidly that their hotel does not provide for the use of this accessory..... And speaking of accessories, the toilet, although well kept and clean, is not equipped with common accessories that are found even in poor hostels. Apart from two soap dispensers, there is nothing else, nothing! The shower is set in a tub with high sides. My wife, who recently broke her ankle, took a shower only 2 times during her entire stay (5 days) due to difficulty accessing it despite my help.Breakfast is mediocre.Overall, an "inferior" three star rating.....
