Would have rated it higher if there was a window that could open and tea and coffee in room. Didn't want to keep coming downstairs and I was on the first floor. Also TV volume was set so couldn't adjust it lower.Rooms: Nice but small, no windows or in room and tea & coffee facilities.Walkability: Very close to Aldgate East Station. A bit hidden so you need to look very closely to find.Food & drinks: Continental breakfast onlySelection of drinks24 complimentary tea & coffeeLoads of food places along street

Well located to Westfield Shopping Mall and Stratford Stations. Hotel room was clean but does not look like they ever clean the windows. It?s fine building tower block hotels for views, but not if the view is looking through dirty windows.

I have booked a family trip for 10 days during Christmas time. It cost me in total £ 820.50 over the EDreams website. Everything paid ?? .As my family - my pregnant wife and our full energetic 2 year old daughter - arrived at the hotel a receptionist told us, that we need to pay our stay because it hasn?t been paid yet. I insist that it?s all paid. The receptionist insisted and urged me to pay again since my family was exhausted and there was no time and patience to argue. In the room I checked my account again and saw that our stay had been paid over EDreams which works together with Premier Inn. WHY making me pay twice??Oh no sorry it did not show in the system that is paid. We are going to do a refund?, the receptionist said as I confronted her again.Since the 22nd December 2023 until today 10th of March 2024 I?m still waiting for The Premier Inn to refund me £820.50.After several calls and endless hours in the waiting line the hotline staff from Premier Inn keeps saying that the amount was already refunded, but the money didn?t enter my account and no proof of transaction was shown to me. Nobody tries to help, solve the problem or takes me seriously. It seems that the hotline even blocked my number.It has been a terrible experience over all. This service was nothing else than a robbery, a fraud, a total delusion. And your breakfast with all the convenience food is disgusting. The scrambled eggs which are mixed with milk or water to keep it cheap are an insult for any chef and person who likes to eat.I will thank you when I will finally get my money back, thank you but never again!I do not wish for anyone to go through such an experience with Premier Inn. Please stay away!!!Never again ???????

As with all premier inn hotels, it was good value and clean and comfortable. Came for a music festival nearby and was pleasantly surprised by the price and quality of accommodation. Accessibility of the site to the O2 was key and it was good to have a tube stop in walking distance. We will return.Our only complaint is that on two occasions during our 3 night stay our room keys had stopped working and this meant that we had to go to reception, taking some time given the relatively slow lift system in place here. Not sure why or what happened but this was rather annoying and we would be grateful if it can be fixed!

Modern hotel in a good location, just a short walk from Stratford station. Comfortable, quiet rooms with air conditioning and a modern bathroom. Quite a nice view of London from the window too. Didn't have breakfast but Premier Inn breakfast is usually pretty good.Docking a star as the water in the sink was draining very slowly, and I found a pill (???) on the floor, which is obviously quite the health and safety risk for people travelling with young children.
