Had the worst experience ever at this hotel, Having stayed at many Premier inns in my time i thought this hotel would be like the others quiet comfy beds nice staff etc everything you would expect from this well known hotel. Well i completely got it wrong first of all the lift was out of order only 1 worked wifi never worked the service at the bar was a disgrace 3 people where on shift 9pm and we was the only ones at the bar waited 20 mins to get served and the guy that surved us looked anoyed that we wanted drinks but that was nothing compared to the next morning i woke up with my partner we both had bites and our skin was extremely itchy i looked at the bed sheets and was horrified at what i seen had to take pics else no one would believe me. i immediately went to reception where there was a Pakistani woman looking busy on the computer after waiting 5 mins she asked what i wanted which was rude i told her about the situation and she immediately told me to leave the hotel now i was in total shock my bags where in the room she wouldn't even allow me to get my bags after a few mins of me demanding my bags she stormed of downstairs to where my room was, 2 mins later my partner was escorted by her with our suitcases where she gave us a mouthfull this is totally unacceptable i dont no who she thinks she is and i didnt get her name the only way i could describe her when i rang there head office is she was pakistani with those fake lips woman sometimes have i hope for sure karma his this woman as i will never forget this bad experience

Stayed here for three nights for a trade show at Olympia. The rooms were clean and comfortable - you know what you get with a premier inn.

Rooms are nice enough, clean and pleasant. Food is nothing short of disgusting.

You must indicate that they clean your room, otherwise it is the fourth day when they do it.Rooms: Spacious but only one chair, very small nightstandsNearby activities: Earls Court Taverns, good atmosphere, good food and chips and good beer

If you get the right night this can be great value, only 5 minutes walk from Earls Court station, if you get a room at the front there is traffic

Premier Inns are great for short stays. They do need to up their game and on the food availability as some items never seem to be available.Nearby activities: 15 minutes Walk to Olympia Exhibition Centre and tube and buses are nearby. A Tesco is just down the road for things you might needWalkability: They have wheelchair ramps, but not all rooms are accessible by themFood & drinks: Staffing levels can affect the speed of service

Excellent location close to the tube. Family room was large and clean. So quiet for central London. Disappointed to see orange squash rather than orange juice at breakfast. Mugs for hot drinks stained and not cleaned properly. Took a few attempts to find a clean mug. Staff rarely interacted with you.

Do not be put off by the lack of attention to the exterior, the rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and staff were welcoming, pleasant and went beyond to accommodate your requests. The whole team of staff were lovely.

Room temperature would not drop below 28degrees, woken up with headache and so dry due to heat in the room couldn?t open window as on upper floor? was so hot we was drinking tap water through the night and I even had to get headache tablets for my wife as during the next gut was so hot ! Great way to spend wedding anniversary away in London

For the most part it was a reasonable experience, but the room was quite disappointing, especially considering it was a plus room. The ultimate WiFi was slower than the free one, and there was no WiFi signal at all in the bathroom. The coffee machine was also roken and leaked everywhere (one of my colleagues had the same complaint for their room). It's a shame as the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but it feels like everything good was only surface level.

We wanted a base that gave easy access to the underground trains for Wimbledon and a choice of local restaurant, shops and bars so Earls Court was a suitable location. We have found that Premier Inns are reliable for providing all the necessary facilities but our stay was enhanced by the friendly, polite and helpful staff

A very pleasant 2-night stay. Family of 4 (two adults, two children 5 and 9). Family room.Pros:Wonderful staff. So welcoming and friendly.Breakfast. Although very simple, having kids eat for free with paying adults was great.Room was clean.About a 10 minute walk from Earls Court station which located on the circle/district and piccadilly line, perfect for getting around in London.Comfortable beds.Powerful shower.Cons:Very basic bathroom amenities - unfortunately no separate shampoo / body wash, body sponge, toothbrush, razor etc.Room was located on the B1 floor so there was some noise from above during the night with people walking down the corridor.Family room was spacious but with only one chair (I think the sofa was used as a child bed), it was very basic.Free wi-fi didn't work in the room.I would happily recommend here for someone who is looking for a very convenient, no-frills, friendly place to stay.Would use again.

Allocated a room right next to the lift shaft, so a bad nights sleep entailed, should have asked to be moved but I?m sure the hotel was fully booked. Room was quite small and dark. Bathroom & room needs up dating it was like going back to the eighties. Breakfast is the worst I?ve ever had, the restaurant looks and is shabby, grimy and the person who showed us to our seat, was also sorting the food out on the hot counter, no chef clothing and felt it was okay to touch food utensils & food behind the counter with out gloves and soon as the person came out to the front of the hot food counter he was wearing gloves!! The quality of food was poor and very greasy. A fresh carton of orange juice came out, it was so warm and obviously not been in a fridge this is a pasteurised product, this was the first warning sign and needless to say I cancelled next morning?s breakfast with no questions asked. So glad I didn?t book an evening meal here. The reception staff were the only good thing about this hotel. I did write to premier inn over 10 days ago and disappointingly not heard anything back from them!!
