Our overall experience was ok but we had a weird experience regarding the restaurant. We would arrive in the evening of new year's eve and we were travelling with young children, so we tried to book a table for dinner about a month before our arrival. Their response was that there's no need to book and that we could arrange that upon arrival. To our surprise when we arrived, we were told that the place was fully booked. We complained but nothing happened, so we ended up walking around Hammersmith trying to find somewhere suitable for young children in order to have a last minute dinner. The next day we managed to have dinner there, but almost half the menu items were unavailable...

This place is great! Very clean, the water pressure was very high, unlike some other hotels. The breakfast you have to pay for there's two options. We decided to get the more expensive breakfast $10 but the food was excellent. We had a food allergy and the staff came over right away with a allergy list in all the foods. I highly recommend this place.Food & drinks: Breakfast is a must at this place!

We arrived on 31st December late afternoon, two families with 4 kids and we were saddened to find out that we couldn't dine in because of a group of 40 people that would arrive later that evening. The thing is that we had sent an email a month ago to make reservation for our new year's eve dinner and we were told that there was no need for early booking. But they didn't keep us updated and we found ourselves in this awkward situation looking for a restaurant to eat in new year's eve with 4 little chlildren and in very bad weather conditions.Rooms: The shower was not practical at all. No cleaning service during our three days' staying.Nearby activities: Large park near by with a nice playground.Walkability: Near the train station.Food & drinks: Decent breakfast.

The hotel staff are very nice. Premier Inn is our go-to around the UK. The downside is that some of the hotels are outdated, and the rooms have minor issues, but overall, it was great. The location is magnificent.

Great location for Hammersmith - rooms are small but with all the amenities, and were clean. Great place to stay for the Hammersmith Apollo which is about a 15 minute walk.Nearby activities: Hammersmith Apollo venue

This is an older Premier Inn. The rooms are tiny. The whole place needs upgrading. It is clean. Staff are engaging and helpful . The breakfast offer is good - kept fresh and replenished. Opposite Ravenscourt Park tube station makes location good but it's only a 20 minute walk to Hammersmith tube which serves more lines. Plenty of pubs and eateries in the area.Rooms: Very small but serviceable.Nearby activities: Plenty of pubs - 2 Wetherspoons alone within 15 minute walk. Lots of restaurants.

I recently booked a double room with private bathroom at Premier Inn Hotel. I was totally pleased about my stay, the room was very clean and so all the hotel, the room had all the comfort, the night was very peaceful, not any levels of noise from inside and outside the hotel, breakfast was superb and the personnel very friendly and polite...definitely I will stay again in the future!!!

Great location but a few niggles; Fairly sure I caught ringworm from the provided towels. Probably best to bring your own. On that, whilst the rooms aren't the worst I've seen, they're not the best either. The bathrooms in particular seem to generally be in a state of constant maintenance (see pics). For well over £120/night I expect the rooms to be clean, which they were often not (stayed here for work recently as it was close by).Not all of the HDMI sockets work in the walls. A minor thing but annoying nonetheless, when wanting to watch media on the large TV's provided.Air con (hot and cold) was generally in reasonable order but 1 room I stayed in it didn't work at all.Saff are generally very friendly and well trained. The price of a pint went up from £6 to £6.30 during my stay with a Wetherspoons approx 300m down the road, so quite pricey. The hotel is located on quite a busy commercial and partly residential street, so noise from the surrounding area could sometimes be an issue. As a light sleeper I wear earplugs so not much of an issue. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the adjoining rooms...

Don?t stay at this property. The rooms are awful - depressing, dirty, rusty plugs, and terrible condensation. Rooms are small and dated. Overall depressing decor. I used this brand a lot but got zero service from the duty manager and customer services. I have paid for eight nights. They have lost a loyal customer. Be warned - they will not look after you as a guest. I would put zero stars if I could!

While this hotel is not the best you can find in the city, it works exactly as it is intended to: a room to sleep between days visiting the city. The staff is really helpful and kind. The breakfast was more than enough to content everyone of us, except the coffee machine that was broken, and no hot milk was available (only cold one)

Everything was perfect, the only thing that was a little annoying was the very sensitive smoke alarm. It made me wary of running the shower, i just think it's a bit overly cautious to have a smoke alarm that goes off by steam. Other than that everything was nice. Good check out time, not too early, that's good.

When we arrived after a long trip. Exited to start our vacation, we tried to check in but the self-service machines were out of order. We had to check in at the counter. The gentleman asks if we paid in advance for our booking, which we did. He looked in the system and told us we had to pay extra because we changed the date of our booking. But he couldn't help because the system wasn't working. We had stand in line with another colleague of his. Both of them were very rude and didn't explain the extra payment. The room was oké but the air-conditioned was not working so well. Location was great however. Very unsatisfied encounter with staff. So overall bad experience at this Premier InnNearby activities: A lot of activities at Hammersmith, worthwhile

I think this hotel forgets it is in the hospitality business. I booked a Family Room with 3 beds. One was provided. It took effort for house keeping to make up a second bed. They didn't provide the third bed until the second of three nights. If you are a family - don't stay here
