No big problems staying here on a recent trip to a conference in Euston. The staff were friendly. The room was a decent size and clean. Easy check in and out. The bed and pillows were comfy. There was no decaffeinated coffee in the room, but on the ground floor there is available as much tea and coffee, regular and decaf as you need. There was also a vending machine for essentials you may have forgotten. The £3 toothpaste was absolutely tiny though. The only issues with the room was one of the lights not working and, this particular room, was right next to the stairs and lifts as well as facing the main road, so there was a fair amount of noise, even with the windows all closed. But it wasn't excessive and probably wouldn't bother most. The temperature was comfortable and could be adjusted. The TV, kettle, hairdryer and plug sockets all worked.Breakfast was good. It was very busy though and there was a long queue as I was leaving waiting to be seated. It probably needs a bigger dining room for the amount of guests and customers. On the whole, it was worth the price of the room.Food & drinks: Tea and coffee in the room and in the lobby by the lifts. There is also a vending machine in the entrance for other drinks and snacks, but priced at hotel prices.

Stayed here before and it's the location that makes it work. Rooms are OK but nothing special. Check in was a nightmare with all 3 automated booths not working so stupidly long queues with only 2 staff.

We always choose premier inn and this has to be the best premier inn even though it's an old building it was so clean I mean so immaculate!!! I was impressed because I feel cleanliness is the most important thing to me and the lounge area was so clean all the time. As I was joining my husband on his business trip I stayed in the lounge area just doing my own work. It was always clean and great place to work from. Food was great as always deffo recommend!!!

Aside from some initial problems with the 7-day WiFi and having to pay another £10 to get WiFi codes for 2 other devices, the rest of the experience was as expected from a Premier Inn. Good breakfast, good staff, clean rooms.

Hotel very well located near train stations, bus and metro stops. Spacious family room and very good value for money. Varied, delicious and free breakfast for children. Welcoming staff. Possibility to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Usual premier Inn. Ideal for being close to main stations.

A useful cost-effective hotel for a stop off, if you're travelling to/from St Pancras, which is only 5 minutes' walk away. Rooms are fine but there is no air conditioning, so they will get hot in the summer. Check-in was painless via an auto-terminal, or you can speak to a person. Continental breakfast is good value; I was less impressed with the cooked option. The hotel has a car park, which can be very useful (and save a lot of money) if you're driving in London.

Great location. Shame they want to charge £10 for checking in at 2.30pm! Lots of people arrived early so there was a big scrum at 3pm when check in opened!

Very good location close to St Pancras and Euston both for arriving by train and for tube journeys.Possibility of leaving luggage in storage for free, upon arrival before 3 p.m. and upon departure. The staff was very friendly.Very quiet room, overlooking the back of the hotel. Indeed no air conditioning as some people regret but our window opened?.it?s better for the planet.Clean room, although a little tired.Decent breakfast but please consider those who like to eat cheese in the morning!
