Excellent hotel, very clean, rooms are probably the most refreshed compared to other premier sites in and around London. Quiet and truly delivers upon a good night sleep.Walkability: The excel is nearby and around half a mile away there is a convenience store plus a takeaway

Has been having renovations for over a year, builders and noise everywhere, block n mesh all the way round, paths blocked so difficult to access. Paid for meal deal but couldn't book evening meals as they were understaffed and only serving 3 tables at a time. The lady who was on reception at the restaurant was also serving behind the bar and also the waitress! They suggested getting uber eats instead- several mopeds delivering outside so clearly a big and ongoing problem.

As much as Premier Inn is predictable and familiar, the rooms here were better than others and staff were the best I've come across - Agnes and Jurate were fantastic.Food & drinks: Food was good. We took advantage of the meal deals.

Recently refurbished Premier Inn - great for a short stay during a city break. Good for events at Excel and also close to DLR and Victoria Line stations to central London.Rooms: Recently refurbished. Air conditioning, large shower (no bath), large TV and coffee/tea making facilities. Exactly what you?d expect from a Premier Inn room - nothing fancy but the basics done well.Nearby activities: Excel centre exhibitions very close by.Safety: Access to the DLR station at night requires walking through a dodgy looking park. Signs in the park warn not to use phone due to theft risk. Taxi from the station back to the Premier Inn was £5 (Uber) at around midnight on a Saturday.Walkability: Within short walking distance of the Excel centre and the DLR and Victoria Line stations.

Great service from the hotel team, I was a little late arriving they got me parked up and booked in for an evening meal despite the hotel being extremely busy.

Easy walk to bus and rail services.Rooms are newly refurbished and goid aircon.Forgot toothbrush but reception have little sets available.Early check in £10.Check out is at 12noonCan leave luggage at reception.Rooms: Newly decorated.
