Fabulous location for sightseeingVery large and spacious bedroom, hand wash and shower gel provided. However an added touch of shower cap and tissues would have been a bonus.Great breakfast.Disappointed Room service wasn't available!Nearby activities: London eye, London dungeons, sea life, big Ben and Westminster all within walking distance

The location and rooms are nice but the service from the checkin people is the worst I?ve seen in years! The ladies who talked to me clearly demonstrate a lack of desire to help and are borderline rude!

I am happy with the service and premium plus rooms are nice but their free WiFi speed is limited to 1 mbps which is beyond cruel in 2024. WiFi should be included in a hotel service for free and it is considered a basic service in a hotel.

Spent three nights here while attending the C2C festival at the O2. Spotlessly clean rooms with all you could need. Ideally located for either the O2 or central London.

possibility of checking in earlier for £10, very well located near the London eye, metro station 5 minutes walk away, quiet location, breakfast for £11.99 per person, good and with choice.Regarding the well-appointed room, the bed is good, bathtub in the bathroom.downside for hairs remaining in the bathtub and on the bed and for the toilet paper not filled when we arrived which was enough for only 2 trips to the toilet.Possibility of renting an umbrella at reception for £2 for 24 hours.Very very little internet connection on our phones from our room and the wifi is really not good?Rooms: Good but cleaning not complete enough (remains of hairs in the bathtub and traces in the toiletsNearby activities: London eye, Big Ben, metro and Waterloo stationSafety: Small room to drop off your suitcase after check out to enjoy the city before your plane without having your suitcaseWalkability: Easy access, the street is pedestrianFood & drinks: Breakfast (£11/person) quite a few sweet or savory choices, lack of hot chocolate

Last Thursday, we had a stay at this hotel. We arrived around 2 pm for check-in but were told our room wasn't ready yet. Despite insisting that we were ready for check-in, we decided to leave our bags and grab a bite to eat. When we returned, our check-in still hadn't been processed, we had an important meeting and were left with enough time. However, our check-in wasn't done when we returned. We had to redo the process, to make matters worse, the reception prioritised a woman who arrived after us, assuming we weren't in a hurry.When we finally reached our room, repairs were underway. We had to wait for the employee to finish and leave. All these incidents cost us about 45 minutes, and honestly, I'm quite disappointed. We've stayed at other hotels in the chain, and this has never happened before. Out of all the staff we interacted with, only two were friendly and kind, and one was the guy fixing the bathroom door who hurriedly left when he saw we were in a rush. Almost everyone else was unfriendly. Feeling sad and frustrated about this experience.

During a Christmas couple stay, I requested full room service at 10am ? changing bedding, an extra duvet, and an additional set of towels. Our room, booked for two guests, had only one set of towels.Returning at 2:30 PM, none of my requests had been fulfilled. Despite contacting reception immediately, the room remained unattended until 3:30 PM, affecting our wellbeing and causing us to miss an appointment.I raised this issue with the manager, who apologised and offered a breakfast refund as compensation. The manager also provided the explanation that "we are a budget hotel." I found this justification surprising, as I believe all organisations strive to improve and strengthen their brand rather than offering excuses for being below the competition. I clarified to the manager that I was not seeking a gesture of goodwill!Even after the manager's intervention, it took until around 3:50 PM for a cleaner to arrive and do a basic cleaning of the room. Notably, the cleaning was far from thorough, missing the bathroom washing basin and the tea tray in the room (I have photos of these). Furthermore, the extra towel and duvet were still missing.I once again descended to the reception and spoke directly with the manager. This time, they handed me several towels to carry back to the room myself! Finally, by 4:00 PM, the extra duvet was delivered.In another incident during the check-out, we returned at 11:50 am to collect our luggage and check out at before 12 noon. However, we found our key cards were deactivated, and we could not enter the room.To me, the main issue was a health and safety concern more than anything else. Therefore, I requested a tangible form of compensation that reflects the significant inconvenience and disappointment caused by this experience. But Premier Inn did not take any responsibility and rejected the request compeletely.Will never recommend this "budget" hotel!

We had various issues with our stay. The lifts were out of order so had to use the fire escape to access our room on may occasions, the two rooms we had were very much different as one was way smaller compared to the other one but we still got charged the same price for both rooms. The rooms were dirty and needed cleaning.There was work being carried out directly outside our room and we got disrupted early hours of the morning after a long haul flight.Whey I complained I was asked to send an email and it took 6 weeks for a reply and that reply said basically they were not interested and when I asked to speak with the manager was informed by e customer service team they don?t know who the manager is and could not give me and contact details.Terrible customer complaints department at Premier now.
