They are the best. When checking out, l forgot my mobile in my room and only found out when at work ?. Went back, and my mobile was waiting for me at the reception. A very BIG Thank You to all the decent and honest staff. ?All good, excellent

I had a wonderful stay recently at your hotel and the service provided by Chris for my check-in was amazing as there were issues but he persevered and checked me in. On top of it I was offered a free beer!

Room was facing the railway line with frequent trains every few minutes. The rooms were pretty average. Service at the bar wasn't great. Took a while to get served. Luckily there's a wetherspoons across the road. The location is ok for visiting the tower of London and a short walk to the underground.Safety: Staff busy at the bar in the evenings. The entrance remains open and lifts are accessible without using your room key which is a concern.

Excellent hotel, very close to the Tower of London. It has restaurants nearby, a metro station and a supermarket. The hotel is impeccable, clean, new, comfortable and the service is excellent.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel.Every day, just one set of towels ( for two people even though we kept asking) and never refilled sampoo/ shower gel ( also we kept asking)WiFi at the hotel is really slow ( really basic is available)

A hotel with great prices, very decent rooms... Lacking a refrigerator... And without views... But centrally located, great buffet and very pleasant service. It is a great option to be in the middle of everything. Tower Hill metro stop just 5 minutes

Stayed for 3 Nights and had a great stay. Staff are friendly obliging and welcome you with a smile. Room was spacious and warm. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is a must have as the buffet is excellent. The hotel is walking distance to the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, HMS Belfast and close to Tower Hill Station giving you direct access to Westminster, Horse guard parade and Buckingham Palace. Will be back as is a perfect setup for a visit to London.

I can't fault the help and friendly staff. The location is great. Rooms are great. But, the rail track is directly outside, so you will always hear the noise...

Room condition is good compared to the price. The bathroom is large and the room and bed sizes are better than European hotels. If I go back to the UK, I will use this hotel chain.

Bed sheets with small red stains are very considering and creepy?, during our 6 day stay our rooms weren?t cleaned and the towels weren?t changed as well!!!! Our room was very very cold (15.5 degrees during January) and the ac was really slow and barely working. The staff seemed very unprofessional and lacked basic communication skills. The food was great but only one person for both restaurant and reception is asking itself for a disaster. The beds were pretty comfortable but the bedsheets thing were just disgusting and I couldnt really feel comfortable after noticing that. The only good thing about this hotel is the location but that?s all. I would never recommend it.

Comfortable beds, easy to get in and out. Good location. Only down side is London prices but that's not just Premier inn. All in all, a good night
