We stayed 5 days in the hotel with 2 children, one 2 years old and one 7 years old... we had a great time from the rooms to the food, both breakfast (up to two children eat free) and dinner... plentiful and everything always fresh and continuously replacement..excellent location of the hotel, 2 minutes walk from the Old Street bus and metro stop connected to all the areas to visit..a big thank you to an Italian girl on the staff and to Alex, also Italian, who saved us from missing the plane by also booking the night shuttle service..I would gladly return..highly recommended.

Booking system on site veeerrryy sslooow. Always a queue to reception. Probably spent 30 mins waiting so far. Room was noisy with external fan drone all night. Changed rooms 3 floors up but exactly the same. Good night's sleep is NOT guaranteed. Would not recommend at all except local for work location.

A high street chain of hotels that does what it does well. This particular hotel is central located and close to a tube station. It's just off the main road which meant it was quiet and I certainly couldn't hear any road noise. My particular room, although small but perfectly formed, had everything you would need for a short city break. Tea/coffee making facilities, over bath shower, TV, WiFi and (as promoted) a very comfortable bed. The breakfast service was very well organised with plenty of options from fruits juice, cereals yoghurt and fruit, through to a traditional full English. Staff were on top of their game managing visitors during the busy breakfast period (Top Tip - get there early. This is a popular venue). Evening meal options are good and again staff were good at looking after customers. Whilst there's nothing special or exceptional about this venue, as I said at the start, this venue does what it does well. The hotel knows its business and delivers it well.

Really good location with old street tube station a 4 min walk away and lots to do in the area. Room was a good size with everything you need for a short stay. Staff were great, very helpful and welcoming. Easy check in and check out and the breakfast was good value with a very good selection of food and was tasty. Rooms have a hdmi connector in the wall for the TV which made it easy to add fire stick for amazon prime / netflix / etc. Rooms also come with tea and coffee with more available from reception if you run out. Rooms have temperature control too so was a nice, comfortable nights sleep.Rooms: Large, comfortable room with a good shower (above bath) with soap. Tea and coffee in the room and good storage space for a longer stay.Food & drinks: Breakfast buffet with hot and cold options. Great selection and tasty. Great value for money in the area as you would pay more than £10 per person for breakfast with drinks locally.

After we checked in was told there was no hot water . No time to fix and still no hot water before we switched the lights out so no ability to shower or wash after a 4 hour journey ... when challenged about telling us before they took our money staff just rolled their eyes ... 2nd stay here and 2nd complete failure . Has to be one of the most temperamental premier inns ... what good is a room without a bath or shower ... complaint made to customer services as staff just didn't seem to care and didn't want to offer any solutions

We have been without hot water all day, without being able to shower. They give us no hope of having it tomorrow either. The never seen. Not to mention that we tell them to fix our room and they don't even make our bed.
