The shop person is rude aggressive and abusive. He refused to give me my Yodel parcel even though I showed him my email from Yodel and made him speak to the customer care executive from yodel. He was unhelpful and humiliated me.There are many reviews here about the man behind the counter refusing parcels for no reason except that he can. His response to the reviews clarifies his attitude. 15 people who have had the same experience cannot be wrong. This rude and abrasive man goes around telling people to have common sense but is unable to understand simple instructions.I have reported to MET police your words/behaviour. All the best

Rude and dismissive. Finds it very easy to blame DHL or Yodel for the issues, but the fact is, if you have an issue, don't work with them.Don't advertise for them or use them to promote your business.Rude, abrasive and aggressive, stay away from here.Plenty of other places deserve the money more

I just had the same experience and I came here to check if others have had it too. Yodel is okay with me using a code to receive my parcel but the man behind the counter was insistent on a bar code which yodel clearly said I don?t need.

I wish I could give a 0 star, the guy behind the counter was absolutely rude. I travelled all the way to return my collect + order but he gave me one word answers. He didn?t take my order. Avoid them if you can.

Just vent to buy spring onion which were £1,20 and wanted to pay by card and I wasn?t allowed to pay because I haven?t brought minimum of £2. That?s why I will probably don?t come back.I shopped here every day and I wasn?t expecting this!!! Shame on you
