had an amazing experience purchasing a bracelet from Preowned Luxuries. The bracelet arrived the very next day and was exactly as described ? absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, it was a little too small for me, but the seller immediately offered to add extra links to make it fit perfectly, which I really appreciated.
Communication throughout the entire transaction was exceptional. Every time I?ve enquired about any piece of jewellery, she has always been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and replies almost immediately. It?s rare to find such genuine customer service these days.

Buying a 2ct GIA diamond over the internet via instagram is a big investment and slightly nervy but WOW have I been converted!
I missed out stupidly on another stone but when this popped up on my instagram stories this one wasnt getting away!

5 star experience. Rings looked exactly as advise and service was great. Very helpful and arranged for the rings to be resized. Delivery was fast and box the came in with the light was a nice touch. Overall can't recommend enough.

Me and my boyfriend went too Pre Owned Luxuries at Hatton garden,and the guy that was there helping us was very nice and reasonable,in the end we got two diamond bracelets for a very good price. They did everything for us for it to be fair on both sides about the price and although at first they were a bit hesitant at the end they still made us very happy. So I would really recommend getting your diamonds from Pre Owned Luxuries since they got good deals and very beautiful things.

It was an absolute pleasure purchasing my very unusual vintage ring from Asma. Communication was first class and very professional. Everything was arranged quickly with ease.
I was a touch nervous of purchasing such a high value item from Instagram however I need not have been concerned as it was all very professional and Asma was quick to answer all my questions and quell my concerns.
I would highly recommend Preowned Luxuries if you see something you like. Go for it.
An additional detail that delighted me was the ring box, it is very high end and has its own interior light so when you open it up it makes the ring sparkle, such a thoughtful touch.
