Awful products and service! *AVOID*If you're going to spend money on super premium stick with Gucci, Ferragamo & LV. I bought shoes, wore them twice and the leather came off and have to wait up to 6 weeks. Terrible

Located on the departure side of Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 (after security check), in a row of luxury brand stores. There was only a brand store, and the clerk's response was wonderful.
