Okay so my package is lost and nobody has answers, yes royal mail is the absolute worst and I won?t use them anymore. BUT? the workers are very nice and empathetic at this station. Every time I go in there some customer yelling at one of them. I also noticed a sign saying ?please treat our workers with respect?. Seems they get this a lot. Reminder it?s not their fault, take it up with RM corporate

Royal Mail couldn?t give me any reasonable explanation as to the whereabout of my parcel. When I got to the office, the guy was so rude and just gave me a customer care number to call but it happened to be the worst customer care service ever. Now I have to through my he process of getting another passport so I can go back to my country which will cost me a lot of money, time, and energy.

Royal mail is fast becoming a second class service. My non international 24hr tracked parcel has been in transit for 6 days now. It was due around the 12th of November. Still not here. Thank goodness it's not critical.

I was dissatisfied with the recent visit and came to leave a message, then I found that this situation had already occurred a year ago and has been receiving complaints all along. Surprisingly, London MC has not made any changes! Why is this employee who works the 4 p.m. shift (yes, I'm talking about the one with black-framed glasses, who's very unfriendly with bad manners all the time!), still allowed to treat visitors like this?! Extremely poor service, rude attitude, discrimination and so on. Can't these issues make you take it seriously, Royal Mail?!

I am a recently arrived Asian woman at this location and had an unpleasant experience involving what I consider to be discrimination.Today, on September 6th, 2023, at around 5 PM, I visited the location to send an international package. Upon arrival, the staff member informed me that my email barcode was not functional, and therefore, I would be unable to complete my transaction. It's important to note that the staff member was technically correct about the barcode issue, so there was no error on his part in that regard. However, his approach in communicating this was both impolite and discriminatory. When I asked him about the options for sending the package without the barcode and where I could do so, he responded loudly and provocatively with "HOW CAN WE SEND IT WITHOUT A BARCODE?" and then proceeded to mockingly repeat, "I DON'T KNOW!" He also appeared as if he wanted to have me leave the premises.Initially, I attempted to maintain a polite and respectful tone in our interaction, and I was genuinely puzzled by his disrespectful behavior. I firmly believe that if he were unable to assist me with the package, there was no need for raised voices or rudeness. His attitude appeared to be tinged with disdain, and it seemed likely that he would not have adopted such behavior had I not been an Asian woman. This was evident from his immediate shift to an aggressive demeanor even before engaging in a proper conversation with me.I asked him whether he considered his attitude impolite, whether he was unable to communicate normally, or if he consistently treated individuals of Asian descent in this manner. However, he responded dismissively with laughter and maintained his negative attitude throughout our encounter. Regrettably, I found myself in tears during this distressing conversation.I am struggling to comprehend why the Royal Post would employ an individual who engages in such discriminatory behaviour unless they tacitly endorse such actions. I did take a photograph of the individual after he initiated the offensive conversation with me, primarily as a record, but I have chosen not to share it here as it is in line with my commitment to maintaining a respectful discourse.

The 3 ranking i put is not for the staff but for the location. The staff are very good at their job and ready to assist you however sometimes there is a long queue due to the fact that there might only be one person working. I live in Covent Garden and whenever i missed a Royal mail delivery at 8am in the morning i had to go to the post office or whenever i was not provided with a reference number to schedule a redelivery . To do this i had to take a long bus route and carry big parcels as its very far. The Post office hours were wrong here so i suggest you look at the ones i upload which were taken a few days ago for your convenience. Also dont forget any form of ID as you will not get your parcel.

Extremely RUDE , POOR service, BAD manners. From the begging of the conversation, he made me feel embarrassed in front of other customers and staff. They failed to deliver my parcel and they left me a ?collection card?with no reference number to reschedule the delivery. The parcel was in my husband?s name and I just wanted to check if it is possible to get it with a photograph of his passport to verify the name, as he lives in abroad. Instead of explaining the situation and giving me alternatives. His tone of voice was offensive to me sounding so aggressive! He reported ?If someone is being rude to me, should I treat them how they treated me?, excuse me what????Worst customer service I have ever received at a post office. The attitude of the manager was surprised me , I?ve never been treated like this anywhere before. We all deserve RESPECT!!!

Would not use royal mail ever again. A lot of there lost parcels actually get stolen because workers know which service they can easily steal with minimal tracking. Close royal mail down I say.

Most painfree parcel collection I have ever experienced, no queue, in and out, 9:30am on a Tuesday. Just bring your collection card and ID and you're all set.

Apparently 8am-2pm hours are acceptable for one of the busiest parcel pickup locations in London, because none of us have full-time jobs or other business hour duties to attend to? Absolute nonsense -- selling Royal Mail to investors was and is a disgrace for this public service monopoly.

Always efficient, helpful and upbeat. They provide a great service. I don?t recognise the description of poor service here, perhaps people are reviewing something other than the collection point for missed mail??
