Horrible customer service by (Anne) made presumptuous comments about what size I required. Staff clearly needs training in how to deal with customer requests rather than passing judgements.

The store is quite small and given this space, it gets really uncomfortable inside with only 4-5 people. We were shopping on the ground floor and it?s not the easiest browse with that space. Something can be done with the interior design I think, to create more space to customers. The staff was helpful and decent, I blame the interiors of the store for their slowness. They have two floors, ground floor and basement.

Just visited, the staff were all lovely and so helpful, but Laura from Nashville was especially wonderful in assisting me and my dad. Fantastic store!

I must confess I simply like it?s logo :) but it?s not the reason to have rl products for sure. I have been always a Polo RL fan, in love it?s quality and style. Covent Garden staffs are very friendly and helpful. Happy to shop this branch. Thanks.
