Rude staffs who don't even want to do their job, avoid.

Rude & worst customer service you can imagine happening in 2022.By entry shop, 20 minutes before closing, they did not accept the package because it is Saturday and in the rainy weather they may become busy so no service provided and I been told to come on Monday morning. Can you believe to hear that? In other occasion, they led to agreement by raising voices in the store, by lie straight in the eyes, that I asked for 1st class only even though so I repeat several times to send by 1st class signed. Very often happens that apparently the post office is close due to technical reasons or that the last collection for postage was at 1pm and there is no point to posting after this time. When you ask for advice, if they know any open post office nearby they answer ?it?s your business to find not mine?Honestly it?s shocking how rude, unprofessional and disrespectful they are and how far they allow themselves to treat people. It?s Great Britain not India, with all respect to country.They should be pack and shipped where they came from with a ban on entry ever again.

Horrible. Avoid at all costs. They were extremely rude and made me feel awful. I was trying to send a package to Spain and didn?t want to pay the package until I had filled in the custom?s information (in case there was a problem filling in the document) which I think is totally fair. The woman on the counter screamed at me while blocking my package on the other side of the counter.Horrible people. Horrible service.Afterwards I went to DHL crossing regent street and they were lovely.

Too busy. Not enough trained staff. There?s a great need for a proper post office run by the post office staff rather than basically a newsagent.But then , too many post offices have closed in the area.

Scam post office, likely set up to steal from tourists. They wanted almost 1:1 for USD to GBP, and of course, in cash only, no card payments. The guy was laughing when he told me the exchange rate. Don't support these people in doing this to our city.Use the trustworthy post office on Great Portland street, 5-10 minute walk away.And don't get me started on all of the fake reviews they've paid for here, unbelievable.

They refused to print the label for me which they could do for sure (from email does say ? Print your return label at Royal Mail? )They ask me to go to Ryman print the label (cost me 2.6 pounds), then, when I return to them, ask at least for the tape to attach it, they ask me to spend another 3 pounds for the tape?.Really bad experience.
