My toilet wouldn't flush, damaged syphon, flapper membrane/valve.I contacted Plumbwiser in Shirley. Charlie and his colleague sorted the problem, replaced the damaged part in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost.

We had our en-suite shower updated today by Plumbwiser - we had new panels fitted instead of tiles and were really pleased with the results - they worked efficiently throughout the day and left everything tidy and in working order. The next day i had the best shower and I would definitely recommend Plumbwiser.

Very impressed. Some other tradesmen didn't reply to my messages, another couldn't cope with the job. Plumbwiser responded quickly, arrived at the time they said, did an excellent job, all for a reasonable price. I would use again.

Ryan with Plumbwisers provided us recently with excellent friendly service relating to the installation of a new kitchen mixer tap. Although it was a straightforward job Ryan was clearly knowledgeable and we have no doubt that he would have no problem dealing with a more complicated plumbing issue. At the same time Linda at the Plumbwisers shop was very friendly and helpful on both occasions I called. We definitely now view Plumbwisers as our ?go to plumbers? in the future and have no hesitation recommending their service to others.

Called Plumbwiser on a recommendation from a friend and was so thankful.
Their office arranged an appointment the same day (I had quite a serious leak), the tradesman turned up on time, well presented and extremely polite. They obviously knew what they were doing, but also told me what they were doing so I had confidence in the process.
Problem sorted within 6 hours of making contact, can?t thank them or recommend them enough.

Ryan from Plumwiser came round the same day as our boiler was condemned by Baxi - we got the quote to replace later that weekend. The install went very smoothly and they left us with everything working and our house clean and tidy. Thank you
