Customer service is awful. They don?t try to solve your problem they argue and defend themselves and the customer service is that bad I told the caller ?you are acting like an idiot? he replied with ?you are an idiot? what excellent customer service to offer. If I could give this 0 star I would

I got my washing machine repaired there years back. Did excellent job and at a so reasonable cost. My washing machine lasted another 18 years after that. Got replacement machine from them once mine finally gave away. Also purchase fridge and all fine so far. Will recommend highly.
